I love good food, especially pizza! My first jobs were washing dishes by day and delivering pizza by night for a local Pizzeria. The pizza we made was awesome and that is where I truly became a pizza lover. I dreamed of becoming a Professional Chef to make myself and others great food. I eventually attend business school instead of culinary school. I am finally exploring my culinary interests now that I have the time, energy and funds. I find it highly satisfying to be able to make and enjoy restaurant quality food at home.
