I'm not really sure what this would categorize as. I guess a New York style on the thicker side. It tasted very good though. 2 day bulk and 2 day portioned ferment. 550 degrees/ broiler method about 5 mins( I dunno I didn't time). 63% hydration.

Ita pretty small 20qt. It's pretty simple 1 speed only a on and off switch with timer. The bowl rotates as does the hook. Specifically designed for bread and pasta doughs. Took a ride down to New York to pick it up. :)
