All Trumps in the deck oven

Just made this pie using All Trumps (59%). 2.5 day cold rise, 600F. I only used flour, water, salt and yeast for this one. No sugar, oil or malt. Results were pretty good.

I wasn't expecting it to brown so well given the lack of oil or malt/sugar.
