I'm considering purchasing a used Bakers Pride countertop oven. I've got a outdoor oven for high temperature pizzas, but my home oven just isn't cutting it for New York and other lower temperature styles.
Will this oven perform comparably to the larger deck ovens? I'm not concerned about volume here. Most likely I won't ever make more than 3-4 pies at a time with this oven. I'm more concerned with bake quality. I've attached a pic of the model I'm considering.
