Barcelona Pizza


I made my first global-inspired pizza tonight ... the Barcelona. The pizza had a lovely smokey, creamy quality with the jamon serrano and cured chorizo. I really liked the creamy scrambled eggs on top. It’s the first time I’ve ever had eggs on a pizza :-) The spice of the raw serrano chiles were great too. I’ll be making this one again. Stellar, I believe that is the descriptive word that should be used here to describe this pizza. I have eaten a egg pizza at an airport before and it was good/decent, but never anything of this caliber. I bet it tastes amazing, it certainly looks amazing.
