Cauliflower crust pizza

I'm slightly pessimistic, but curious at the same time.. Has anyone tried cauliflower crust pizza? It's something I've been hearing more and more about in recent days.

A lot of people seem to think it's pretty good. I'm wondering if it's good for a pizza crust made from cauliflower, or if it's good compared to real pizza.

Has anyone tried it? And what are your thoughts?

one of my line cooks came to me with a recipe a couple of days ago. we, admittedly, can't do gluten free pizza in our restaurant. there is just too much high gluten bread flour everywhere in the kitchen. however, if it's just an intolerance it might be worth a shot. he told me it was a pretty successful finished product. will try and get back to you about it.
