That's basil pesto on the first pic, yes. Wife said it tasted great :)

The other thing I'll mention is that your pans have lots of cut marks on them. It's a good way to tell how many pizzas you've got under your belt. ;-). Like concentric rings on a tree.

That's a great way to apply the pesto. Sometimes, when it's used as a base, it ends up being too much.

I applied it before it went into the oven so it can blend together with the cheese a little.

I still have the first one I ever bought about 10 years ago. A 16" pizza tray and boy has it marks on it. Unreal. :)

1st pic:

Mushrooms, olives, sweet fennel sausage, cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, pesto & oregano

2nd pic:

Cherry tomatoes, olives, garlic, mushrooms, fresh basil & feta cheese

I forgot...2nd pic also had a few sun-dried tomatoes and marinated artichoke hearts on them.

But everything in balance. Didn't go overboard with the toppings.
