Criscito Anyone?


Has anyone else used Caputo Criscito as their polish? If so, how are your results and do you change the amount of yeast in your dough mix?

I think I answered this on a Facebook post. Not sure if your the same contact. The Criscito is good for those who are not making starters and want to try something that could take its place. I have had pizzas made with it before and they are good. I make all my starters and prefer to so I don't use it. I'm in Italy now and will probably try a few pizzas at the championships using it and will take some pics along with commentary.
