Detroit Style Pizza from Lunch


Made some Detroit Style for lunch today. I was very pleased with the results. For the dough I used Tony's Artisan flour with olive oil, malt and sugar.

For the sauce, I used 6in1 with oregano, oil, and garlic powder.

I've only made Detroit Style a handful of times, but this was easily the best. Such a great style of pizza.

Thanks Mike! Yeah, for some reason photos are getting rotated with iOS. I'm trying to find a fix for it.

I'd really like to get a bigger Detroit Style pan, but they'll be different from this one, and I'm worried it won't come out as good. And even if it's possible to make good ones, I don't want a separate procedure for each pan.
