Today I had the unfortunate experience of being the "bad customer," in the eyes of the business I ordered from today.
Yeah, I know. This might not be the appropriate venue to discuss this, but it is an important topic for any and all future Pizzaiolis' and any Pizza Industry Individuals'.
I am a fair and manner full man, but when I order food for delivery from an establishment....AND I GAVE THEM FOUR...YES....FOUR TRIES TO GET IT RIGHT AND THEY SCREW UP....I CAN'T HELP BUT LET THIS COMMUNITY KNOW!
As future business people...CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE PARAMOUNT MOST IMPORTANT PART OF IT ALL...NEXT TO AN EXCELLENT, CONSISTENT, TASTEFULLY APPETIZING FINAL FOOD PRODUCT!
It didn't help that the delivery driver gave me EXTREME ATTITUDE EITHER...HE WAS SO MAD AT ME FOR BEING AN HONEST CUSTOMER.....WHY AM I THE CUSTOMER FROM THAT PARTICULAR ESTABLISHMENT....MADE OUT TO BE THE BAD GUY?
FOUR TIMES....AND AFTER TIME NUMBER FOUR THEY FINALLY LOST A CUSTOMER.....THAT'S NOT WHY PEOPLE GO INTO BUSINESS.....THEIR INFERIOR PIZZERIA AND EMPLOYEES' NEED TO KNOW WHAT...UNCOMPENSATED UNEMPLOYMENT'S LIKE!
I see why business owners' ARE SO PICKY ABOUT THE EMPLOYEES' THEY HIRE......I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND NOW!
