First try at Detroit Style


Made my first DSP this weekend using Northern Pizza Equipment 9 x 13" pan. Thought it came out pretty good for first attempt- slight charring in some areas where the olive oil pooled. Used mozz in place of brick cheese and white cheddar for the edges. Went with 2 pizza stones at 500 degrees. Might do some tweaking on the amount of malt next time, but overall pleased with my first result.

That's a nice looking Detroit Style Pizza. I love the fried cheddar cheese.
