Flour Assortments on the Pizza Bible Store

A few days ago, we started offering flour assortments on the Pizza Bible Store: http://store.thepizzabible.com/collections/all/flour-assortments

We noticed a few things after the Book was released and the store went live. First, people might be able to find one or two of the flours mentioned in the book, but not all of them. And second, people who were learning about pizza making had a hard time choosing between flours.

We're starting out with a High Gluten flour and a Pizza Bible flour assortment. Each contains four 2.5 pound bags of flour. If there are assortments, or flours you'd like to see on the store, please do let us know here.

Cool. Thanks.

Do you have the shipping prices? I vaguely remember a chart showing the shipping for 5, 10, 15 and 20 lbs, but I can't seem to find it. Or did y'all change shipping methods?

Earlier on we had a pricing table on the product pages before checkout, but we removed it because it had some exceptions and was a bit confusing. For US addresses, shipping prices, *in most cases*, are as follows:

5 lbs - $5
10 lbs - $10
15 lbs - $12
20 lbs - $14

We recommend people purchase 15-20lbs because there's a steep drop in shipping prices for those weight ranges. Also, the prices of the flour are discounted when a user purchases more of a specific flour.

Thanks! I'll probably place an order in the next week or so.

It's so nice to have this resource for those of us who can't source these flours locally! Are there any plans to carry tomato products in the future? I have a hard time finding those locally too. And maybe Grande cheese? Haha..one can dream

Raj I.your a great guy but i'm not paying $75 CDN ($60 USD) for a 10 lb bag of flour. I know shipping to canada is a pain in the butt so i don't blame you guys for charging that much. I'll stick with what i can get here til i head to buffalo where i can smuggle a 20 lb in the trunk of my car for roughly half the price of the flour and shipping. However if you want to send me the free gift ur talking about on it's own, i won't complain :P

Hi Gil, unfortunately, international shipping for something as heavy is quite steep. There's no way around this. :-/
