Flour sifter


We have used either a tamis or a strainer for sifting flour forever, but if someone has found a hand crank or squeeze handle sifter that they like, I would be interested in knowing about it. By in large, the reviews of the crank handled sifters are much better than the squeeze handled ones...

I've been using this crank-style flour sifter (link below) for a very long time. I've never owned a squeeze handle, but I remember using them and being annoyed.
