I want to replicate a pizza crust I ate once. The crust was so tough and chewy I nawled on it for ten minutes before it broke down enough to swallow one bite. I know I'm strange, I really enjoy munching on tough crusts. Most folks try their best to avoid really tough and chewy pizza dough, I on the other hand am looking for a recipe that will guaranty the toughest, chewiest pizza crust ever! Please help.
