Last Staurday's Sicilian


This is my latest attempt at Sicilian, actually came out excellent. Tried the cup and char Pepperoni and really loved it. Dough was a composite of Master dough w/ starter and my personal dough. Malt no sugar. The crumb on this was really beautiful and taste was great. Tell me what you think of it!

Looks delicious Bill! I want a slice of that. Thanks for sharing. I plan on making a Romana Pizza for this Saturday. I bought a ridiculously oversized peel to serve it all fancy like on the table. I will let the forum know how it turned out!
