Leftover dough and pulled pork = awesome

Pulled Pork Wellington :)

turned out surprisingly amazing, the pulled pork remained soooooooo tender and the pizza dough was perfect

I did it in the oven

coat the dough in olive oil for that nice brown coloring then 500f for 20 mins to brown the dough, then the rest of the time at 350f til the internal temp of the meat is above 135 for med rare, anymore will ruin the meat in my opinion
