Local education

As I've said before I'm doing a culinary course at a local collage.

One of the courses is dedicated to pizza.

Gil, It's hard to tell based on the link. The fact that they're calling out specific styles such as Neapolitan, Chicago deep dish and Sicilian is a good sign. See if you can find out if there's a wood fired oven in the kitchen. That'll be a good way tell how serious the course is.

If they're teaching Neapolitan style but don't have a high temperature oven, it's probably not a good sign.

Who is the instructor ? Does he have any pizza experience ? Also find out what ovens they have. Like Raj said if it's Neapolitan they better have a wood oven

George brown is the top culinary school in Toronto.

I have to explore the building during the week to learn more since my class is on a Saturday.

Have a great trip Tony.

No wood fired pizza oven but the class is in the baking lab, it's a safety concern, they don't want students who are idiots burning down the school
