Neapolitan Pizza

Hi guys,
I have a compact electric oven, reaches to around 800F temp.

I Would like to make a Neapolitan Pizza in 2-3 minutes.
What would be the recommended heat to use at the dome and at the surface?
I use 57% hydration, 00 flour (TZ4 which is 320W)), and 280 grams dough ball, 100% Mozzarella balls cheese.

I believe that idea Neapolitan temp in a wood fired oven is 800F on the floor, 1,000F on the dome which makes the effective temp 900F for a 60-90 second bake. I know that doesn't answer your question, but hopefully those figures will help you adjust to your oven and cooking time requirements.
