New oven or waste of time?

Was on some gear website killing some time when I came across this unreleased stone oven from the UK

Is it worth keeping my eye on it?

It's definitely worth keeping an eye on. There are a few other models out there that might be worth looking at. I'm assuming your main objective here is to get a high temperature oven?

Before I'd pull the trigger on a purchase like this, I'd want to see some videos and real user feedback on the product.

Gil,

Check out these posts on the Uuni oven. It's very similar in concept to the roccbox. In one of the posts, I list out a bunch of questions I'd ask before purchasing the oven.

The Blackstone is another option that's in the same price range.

I'm waiting for it to come to the states before I take a serious look at it

The blackstone oven seems to be too big (for someone who is going to be moving to a condo in about 6 months)

I need to find something portable, we'll see

This seems to be the same concept as an Uuni oven but at a much larger scale with the bonus of gas power and a stone floor. Hopefully this hits the market here soon. Wouldn't mind checking it out. I would recommend looking into an Uuni as well. Because of space, I went with that over a Blackstone. It's a decent little oven and gets you temps of 700-800 degrees.
