No more gooey dough!


Just made another batch of dough. Very careful this time as to the amount of measured liquid.

This batch turned out picture perfect--just like Tony's! Won't be ready for baking until Sunday.

Obviously, I messed up big time in measuring the water in the early stages of preparation in last batch.

That's excellent news Jay! How did the pizzas turn out from this new batch of dough?

Not as well as I had hoped. I didn't want to bore anyone further, so I didn't post anything.

Once the dough was balled into two balls and refrigerated, over time they "melted" somewhat and stuck badly to the plastic as they continued to rise. By the time I got the plastic and dough separated, they were a mess.

I'm going to attempt to reduce the water, but I don't know by how much. At this point it will be a shot in the dark.
