I have been making your Sicilian recipe for a few months at my home. It has turned out terrific.
But the last two times now in my pizza restaurant I am having issues.
It is not rising after it has been stretched in the Sicilian pan and when I go to bake it, its again not rising and the top is not cooking? The bottom is fine but I am getting a much different product on the top of the pizza.
Any thoughts on what could be going on? Thanks AJ
