Pan dough


Just got my Loyd's pan in the mail.....13 inch....how much dough would anyone suggest for a pan dough(like pizza hut pan dough)?

Hi Mark,

Just to confirm, you're referring to a 13" round pan right? Only asking because a lot of the discussions about Lloyd pans on the site are related to the Detroit style pans they make.

thanks Adam....I will try to locate that...............yes Raj....13 inch deep dish Loyd pan........I found a link to a pan dough recipe and it was for an 14 inch....so I did the math and came up with 595 grams dough ball....which work out just right....made a thick crust pan dough this evening for supper.....turn out very good.....not perfect but mighty good....will do some more tweaking to get it right.
