Pizza in a convection oven


I'm thinking of doing a pizza for a potluck at work but they only have a convection oven, would the pizza turn out just as good as it would in a regular oven??

Are you talking about a full size (household size) convection oven? Typically on those you can actually turn off the convection option if you want. That said, I use the convection option on mine when making pizza. It'll typically cook a bit quicker, but that is the only major change I've noticed (other than maybe a bit more even browning overall).
