I have some customers who put a lot of spices on their pizza. Mostly oregano, garlic or red peppers. I've spoke to the customers and they say that they add the spices to every pizza they get, not just from me, but from anywhere. This gave me the idea that I'd like to have a spice mix that is somewhat unique to my pizzeria (at least locally). Does any body have any spice blends that they recommend that can give us a unique flavor?
