Sunday's pies...


Here is the outcome from my previous post. That post also includes Baker's Percent. Oven temp was at 625°F and they were baked for about 8 mins.

Just thought I'd share. Excuse the purple tint. My iPhone cam isn't really that great.

Wow. These are amazing. I'm guessing they're better than most restaurants could make. Keep up the great work.

Delicious looking pies! Are you baking them on the trays, or do you just move the pizzas onto the trays for service?
