Ten Commandments error?

#8 looks like this should thou shalt "NOT" return thy pizza to the same spot after rotating it.
The master class specifically indicates moving the pizza to the other stone when rotating,or am I reading this wrong?

This is not an error. It's a standard in cooking when it comes to pizza in practically any oven home or professional. When you turn it even just check a pizza or happen to 1/2 turn 1/4 turn you always want to place it exactly back into the area (exact circle/spot) where it was cooking. Cooks tend to want to keep moving the pizza or continue to keep checking the pizza so a rule of thumb keep it in its spot when you first landed it in your oven. That's called the cool spot. Then when your ready to finish the bottom you take it and move it to a hot spot. That's when we take it from upper stone or steel and go to bottom. Hopefully you understand. It is correct in the book. Thanks for checking
