Thanks guys, it tasted as good as it looked. Oven was about 820 at the stone. Bake was less than 3 min. Yea, very happy with my Blackstone as well.

Picture perfect pie Adam! Bonus points for the bufala. I have a close friend who has a Blackstone and she's very happy with it.

Hey Tony. It was a 18 hour starter and about a 40 hour cold rise.
