There are only a few kinds of tomato product that I could get in my country.
1. Canned tomato (whole peeled)
2. Tomato Paste
3. Fresh Tomato
there is no Ground tomatoes in my country.
So for the Napoletana sauce is easy, but how about the other sauce that call for Ground tomatoes? Such as the New York-New Jersey sauce, deep dish sauce, etc.
Is there is common sauce recipe that only with these 3 tomato products?
